Please join us for Women’s Conference Week—a series of webinars and virtual events where current and former students will offer insights and share their experiences with prospective women MBAs.

Please register for as many sessions as your schedule allows—those who attend one or more sessions live will receive an application fee waiver and be eligible for Simon gear giveaways!

Cultivating Wellness: How Taking Care of Yourself Leads to More Creativity, Authenticity, and Excellence

The MBA journey will empower and evolve who you are in so many ways. This session will explore the importance not just of taking care of yourself, but staying true to who you are at every step of your career. Kathryn Flaschner, an alumna from our MBA Class of 2017, will be joining us virtually from San Francisco to share reflections from her personal journey and what she has learned about the intersection of wellness and building a meaningful career. Kathryn is a brand strategist at Walmart, a yoga and meditation teacher, and an actor and storyteller in the Bay Area. During her time at Simon, Kathryn served as president of Simon Women in Business, was named one of Poets&Quants’ MBAs to Watch, and served as an assistant coach to the University of Rochester field hockey team.
