Simon School Announces One-Year MBA Program

The Simon School of Business at University of Rochester is pleased to announce that recruiting has begun for our inaugural cohort for the One-Year MBA* program.  This degree is designed for prospective students who have found their chosen field and are now ready to advance their career.  It is particularly designed for candidates who have four or more years of career-relevant work experience and are building within their current functional career path.  The one-year structure includes the Simon integrated core, a series of courses that provides a solid foundation and framework for management education.  One-Year MBA candidates take four fewer courses than the flagship Two-Year MBA, but still complete one concentration among an array of elective options.  This adjusted curriculum, along with a June 2013 entry, will allow students to finish the program in 12 months, graduating in June 2014.
