Exceptional Career Outcomes for Simon’s MBA Class of 2021

Our 2021 MBA Career Highlights report has been finalized, and we are excited to share detailed information about our employment results for the Class of 2021 and internship outcomes for the Class of 2022. Here are a few excerpts from the report:

  • 93% of our graduates accepted employment within three months of graduation, and among those employed, 100% accepted offers within the United States
  • The average base salary plus sign-on bonus is $154,529*
  • Our most popular post-MBA functions are Finance/Accounting (33.0%), Marketing/Sales (27.8%), and Consulting (22.7%)
  • Graduates are employed in a variety of industries, with Technology (34.0%), Financial Services (20.6%), and Consulting (16.5%) being the most popular
  • This year, hiring companies for full-time employment include 3M, Accenture, Amazon, Citigroup, Coca-Cola, Cognizant, Deloitte, EY, Google, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Kimberly-Clark Corporation, KPMG LLP, McKinsey & Company, Merck & Co., Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, Nike, and Western Digital, among many others
  • 75.3% of full-time offers were facilitated by the school through its network/resources, job postings, job fairs, and school-facilitated internships
  • 100% of those seeking project work or an internship in the Class of 2022 secured a position

These record-breaking results are a reflection of our ongoing desire and commitment to facilitate excellent career outcomes for all of our graduates. The data include both domestic and international graduates from the Class of 2021 and speak to the hard work and determination of our students, the strong support provided by our Benet Career Management Center and passionate alumni network, and the value of the Simon MBA.

As you plan for your MBA, we encourage you to prioritize completing your online application by our January 5 deadline. (If you apply a few days early—by 11:59 p.m. EST on January 1—your application fee is waived! When you’re ready to submit, you’ll bypass the payment page; it’s as simple as that.)
